KONGRESSORGANISATION

In 1997 I played the leading role in the organization of an international congress on Fish migration and fish bypass channels , at the Agricultural University in Vienna Austria. I then organized an edited a book, by the same title (see below).

In 2002 I organized an international congress Phylogeography of Southern European Refugia : evolutionary perspectives on the Origins and Conservation of European Diversity in Vairão, Portugal, and have published a book together with Nuno Ferrand, of the same title.
