Analysis tools

The standardized analysis of experimental data is an important factor for reproducibility of results and data management in general. I develop and use python- and matlab-based graphical user interfaces (GUIs) for data analysis and management.

Have a look at the video for a little preview on a python-based GUI, intended to efficiently analyze, save and combine neuroanatomical data from IHC and neuronal tracing experiments. While base features are already available, the GUI is work in progress. The interface will be cleaned up and further features will be implemented in the future.
