Short CV
In 2011 I received my doctoral degree in mathematics from Christian-Albrechts-University in Kiel (Germany) under the supervision of Carsten Schütt. Starting in the local theory of Banach spaces, my current research interests are Asymptotic Geometric Analysis, Probability Theory, and Information-based Complexity. Since September 2018 I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Graz (Austria) and Visiting International Professor at Ruhr University Bochum (Germany). Before I was a tenured Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Hull (United Kingdom), held a Lise Meitner Grant at Johannes Kepler University in Linz (Austria) as a principal investigator, and was a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Alberta in Edmonton (Canada).
