About Me

Welcome! 

I am a research assistent at the Department for German Studies at the University of Graz and a doctoral candidate at the linguistics department. Until August 2022, I worked in the Project „the erotetic and the aesthetic“. In this project between the University of Göttingen and the University of Graz, the goal was to define the influence of text strutural properties on suspense in narrative texts. In February of 2021, I have graduated from the teachers training program. In my master thesis, I looked at the semantics of the German discourse particles "überhaupt" and "gar". I am very interested in formal semantics and pragmatics as well as their interfaces with syntax.

Right now, I want to focus more on my thesis. I am very interested in the semantics of propositional attitude reports and centered worlds.
