• Many years of professional experience in the organization "University of Graz" (since 1989), many different functions, e.g. 18 years as chairwoman of the works council AUP, member of the senate, employee in IT/University IT, founding member of the convention and much more.
• Many years of "non-university" experience in functions such as lay judge, AK councillor, trade union official, mountain and nature warden Graz / ant warden etc.
